Angel Falls, Venezuela

Angel falls, is the world’s highest waterfall, 16 times that of Niagara. The water drops 3,211 feet into the Devils Canyon below. There are no land trails through the forest, the main way in is via a canoe upriver.

Darien National Park, Panama City

Darien national park is a Unesco Biospshere Reserve, of 2,240 sq miles. It is the largest area of undeveloped land in Central America.

The park still has Amerindian tribes living in it, though it was one of their last remaining enclaves.
